Welcome to my blog.   I am excited to have one and to share with you all things “wedding”!  I have been a Certified Wedding Planner for several years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and look foward to sharing trends, cakes, flowers, weddings I have planned and fun ideas that I see along the way that you might want to incorporate into your PERFECT day!  So….a little something about me.

I have to say that I love planning weddings.  I always wondered what I would be when I grew up.  It’s interesting to me that it took me all those years to find something I am passionate about.    I love everything about it.  My friends, family and associates would probably say I am a Wedding Planner because I love wedding cake (except raspberry).  That is partially true.  I  really love to see the dream become the reality when the bride sees the ballroom for the first time.  I love the look of the tear in Dad’s eye right before he walks down to the aisle to give his little girl to her Prince Charming!   I love the way Prince Charming is mesmerized by her beauty.   I love everything about wedding dresses.  I love the beading, the ball gown, the a-line, the long train that I get to spread, just before she walks down the aisle.  I love sparkle, lots of candles and sparkle.  I love aisle runners and beautiful flowers, AND candles.  I love the florist that pulls it all together.   I love the church lady!  Did I mention I LOVE candles!  I love the perfect invitation and the handkerchief I always give the mom.  I love the photographer that gets everything just right by recording the perfect moments.  I love the bride who is crafty and can make the cutest things.  I love the DJ that plays the perfect last song where the bride and groom dance alone while others line up to send them on their way.  I love the Maid of Honor who carries her instruction book around with her.  I love the daddy who wants his little girl to have everything she ever dreamed of.  I love the bride that says “I love you Pati Gann”.  I love the girls that always help me make the day Perfectly Planned by Pati.  Oh, and did I say……I LOVE CAKE!
